Engineers take a subsystem from requirement to site acceptance. You will stand next to what you designed while it runs.

Mechanical, controls, vision and AI engineers review together. You will learn disciplines adjacent to your own whether you planned to or not.
Time for research
Every engineer gets protected time on an R&D thread. It is not a perk to be cancelled when a project slips; it is scheduled work.
Publishing encouraged
Write up your methods and failures. We support conference submissions and open-source contribution.
Real mentorship
Graduate engineers get a named mentor in each rotation and a written development plan, not a desk and a hope.
Site exposure
Commissioning travel is part of the job. It is also where engineers learn more in two weeks than in six months at a desk.
