What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Resonae Labs collects through this website and how it is handled. It does not cover data processed inside client systems under a project agreement — that is governed by the contract and any data processing addendum signed with the client.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, company, phone number and message you provide. We collect standard server logs including IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and diagnostic purposes.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a commercial relationship follows, to administer it. Server logs are used to maintain availability and investigate abuse.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact unless a commercial relationship requires longer retention. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to engineering@resonaelabs.com. We respond within 30 days.

Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the GDPR applies to you, those rights are honoured in full.

Third parties

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and may embed a map from Google Maps on the contact page. Those services receive your IP address as a technical necessity of delivery. No other third-party service receives your data from this site.
