Before you write

How quickly will I get a reply?

Within one business day for technical enquiries. If your message includes a drawing, a part photograph or a cycle-time target, the reply will contain an actual engineering opinion rather than a request for a meeting.

Do you charge for the initial assessment?

No. A first technical conversation and an outline view of feasibility is free. A formal feasibility study with simulation, imaging trials or a costed concept is a paid engagement, quoted before it starts.

Can you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes, routinely, and we can work under yours. If you would prefer to describe the problem in generic terms first, that also works — we can usually tell you whether it is tractable without knowing the product.

Do you work outside India?

Yes. We deliver export lines and commission overseas, most often in South-East Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.
