Working with us in India
Do you have engineers based in India?
Our engineering centre is in Bengaluru, and our delivery model sends commissioning and service engineers to site in India for the duration of installation, acceptance testing and ramp-up. Design work is centralised deliberately so that engineering standards stay consistent across every project.
How fast can you get to site in India?
For a supported production system under a service agreement, remote diagnostics begin immediately and an engineer travels the same or next day depending on severity. For new enquiries, a site visit is normally arranged within a week.

Can you quote without visiting the plant?
For a defined station with drawings and a clear process, often yes. For line integration or brownfield modernisation, a site visit is essential — the as-built almost never matches the drawings, and quoting without seeing it produces a number nobody can hold.
